With a decade of experience as a University Admissions Counsellor and Test Preparation Specialist, Talal has a deep understanding of admissions across the US, UK, wider Europe and Canada, having worked with hundreds of students globally. A 2014 Engineering (MEng) graduate of the University of Cambridge and a member of the International Association for College Admission Counselling, he was also admitted to Stanford, Princeton and Columbia for his undergraduate studies. Having grown up between London and Dubai, with prior experience in engineering, investment banking and strategy consulting, Talal brings a multi-dimensional perspective to his mentorship — building long-lasting relationships founded on each student's strengths, passions and areas for development.

Henry graduated in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, specialising in Physics. He has worked extensively as a Mathematics, Physics and SAT tutor — both in person and online — and has supported students preparing for Oxbridge admissions exams. Alongside covering the syllabus and teaching invaluable problem-solving skills, Henry aims to nurture each student's confidence, enthusiasm and curiosity: in his experience, these are exactly the qualities that top universities look for in their applicants.

Sura is a 1st Class Honours Mechanical Engineering (MEng) graduate from University College London with 7 years of tutoring experience across SAT, GMAT, A-Level, IB, American, GCSEs and Oxbridge admissions exams. He took Mathematics, Physics and Economics at A-Level, achieving A* grades in each, and scored 1500 on the SAT — and is driven to guide his students towards similar academic excellence. Many of his students have gone on to top universities worldwide, but Sura's deeper aim is for them to genuinely appreciate their subjects, see real-world applications, and ideally discover a passion through what they learn.

Since 2019, he has helped students unlock their academic potential through tailored one-to-one sessions, breaking down complex concepts and building exam strategies adapted to each student's needs. His sessions combine structure, patience and encouragement, backed by years of practical tutoring and mentoring experience.

A current PhD candidate at the University of Cambridge, Swetha is passionate about creating learning experiences that are effective, inspiring and joyful. Her academic journey — including an MPhil in Medical Sciences from Cambridge and a First-Class Honours BSc from the University of Edinburgh — underpins her mentorship across all STEM disciplines, Psychology and English, and she also draws on her own top-percentile SAT scores when supporting admissions tests. Her philosophy is built on a simple idea: every student is unique. She is deeply committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment — including for students with diverse academic needs and disabilities — turning challenging topics into accessible milestones and helping students build the confidence, curiosity and passion to find their voice and succeed.

Georgia spent 13 years at Barclays in the finance sector, developing strong analytical, organisational and client-support skills while working closely with individuals and families through important financial decisions. Having recently relocated from the UK to Dubai with her own family, she now leads school placement support at Integra — bringing a practical, empathetic perspective to families navigating what can feel like a complex and time-pressured admissions process. Guiding parents through school options, application timelines and admissions strategy, she ensures the journey feels clear, personalised and supportive, in the belief that the right school is central not only to academic success but to a child's confidence, wellbeing and long-term development.
