Talal Al-Nawab

Founder & University Admissions Counsellor

With a decade of experience as a University Admissions Counsellor and Test Preparation Specialist, Talal has a deep understanding of admissions across the US, UK, wider Europe and Canada, having worked with hundreds of students globally. A 2014 Engineering (MEng) graduate of the University of Cambridge and a member of the International Association for College Admission Counselling, he was also admitted to Stanford, Princeton and Columbia for his undergraduate studies. Having grown up between London and Dubai, with prior experience in engineering, investment banking and strategy consulting, Talal brings a multi-dimensional perspective to his mentorship — building long-lasting relationships founded on each student's strengths, passions and areas for development.

Georgia Yarrow

Dubai Schools Placement Counsellor

Georgia spent 13 years at Barclays in the finance sector, developing strong analytical, organisational and client-support skills while working closely with individuals and families through important financial decisions. Having recently relocated from the UK to Dubai with her own family, she now leads school placement support at Integra — bringing a practical, empathetic perspective to families navigating what can feel like a complex and time-pressured admissions process. Guiding parents through school options, application timelines and admissions strategy, she ensures the journey feels clear, personalised and supportive, in the belief that the right school is central not only to academic success but to a child's confidence, wellbeing and long-term development.

Henry Phillips

Academic Mentor

Henry graduated in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, specialising in Physics. He has worked extensively as a Mathematics, Physics and SAT tutor — both in person and online — and has supported students preparing for Oxbridge admissions exams. Alongside covering the syllabus and teaching invaluable problem-solving skills, Henry aims to nurture each student's confidence, enthusiasm and curiosity: in his experience, these are exactly the qualities that top universities look for in their applicants.

Sura Arijey

Academic Mentor

Sura is a 1st Class Honours Mechanical Engineering (MEng) graduate from University College London with 7 years of tutoring experience across SAT, GMAT, A-Level, IB, American, GCSEs and Oxbridge admissions exams. He took Mathematics, Physics and Economics at A-Level, achieving A* grades in each, and scored 1500 on the SAT — and is driven to guide his students towards similar academic excellence. Many of his students have gone on to top universities worldwide, but Sura's deeper aim is for them to genuinely appreciate their subjects, see real-world applications, and ideally discover a passion through what they learn.

Haider Toha

Academic Mentor

Haider is a qualified Aeronautics (MEng) graduate from Imperial College London with a strong academic background — consistently top of his cohort at university (Dean's List) and 5 A* grades at A-Level. He specialises in tutoring high school Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, as well as the SAT and Oxbridge admissions tests. Since 2019, he has helped students unlock their academic potential through tailored one-to-one sessions, breaking down complex concepts and building exam strategies adapted to each student's needs. His sessions combine structure, patience and encouragement, backed by years of practical tutoring and mentoring experience.

Swetha Kannan

Academic Mentor

A current PhD candidate at the University of Cambridge, Swetha is passionate about creating learning experiences that are effective, inspiring and joyful. Her academic journey — including an MPhil in Medical Sciences from Cambridge and a First-Class Honours BSc from the University of Edinburgh — underpins her mentorship across all STEM disciplines, Psychology and English, and she also draws on her own top-percentile SAT scores when supporting admissions tests. Her philosophy is built on a simple idea: every student is unique. She is deeply committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment — including for students with diverse academic needs and disabilities — turning challenging topics into accessible milestones and helping students build the confidence, curiosity and passion to find their voice and succeed.

Nathan Wilson

Academic Mentor

Nathan is an engineering graduate of the University of Cambridge and a qualified teacher, holding a PGCE with QTS and a Distinction in Mathematics with SEND from the University of Leeds. He has tutored one-to-one in STEM subjects for over a decade, from GCSE through to postgraduate level. He also specialises in academic preparation at the highest level – Oxbridge admissions tests including ESAT, PAT, STEP, TMUA and MAT. Nathan's SEND experience means he is particularly comfortable working with students with learning differences, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia and SEMH. In addition, he tutors university-level mathematics, engineering and finance.

David Richman

Academic Mentor

David holds a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from UC San Diego, an MA in the Humanities with a specialisation in Philosophy from the University of Chicago, and an MA in Theology with a specialisation in Systematic Theology from Princeton Theological Seminary. He is currently a PhD research student at the University of St Andrews. With over ten years of teaching and tutoring experience, David has worked with students from preschool through postgraduate study across mathematics, language arts, social sciences, academic writing, and standardised and entrance exams, including the SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, and LSAT. He is passionate about personalised, intentional education and emphasises critical thinking alongside content mastery.

Abbas Zein

Academic Mentor

Abbas is an experienced tutor with a strong academic background in civil engineering and project management. He holds a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s degree in Engineering Project Management from the University of Manchester. Abbas has taught almost 200 SAT students since 2022, supporting learners across both Mathematics and English. He also supports high school students in Mathematics and Physics. His teaching style focuses on breaking complex concepts into clear, practical steps while helping students develop confidence, exam technique and independent problem-solving skills.
